3. Digital Products

4. Physical Goods

Physical goods may include printed materials, branded supplies, or other tangible items delivered to your address.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees are displayed on the Site at the time of purchase or booking. Accepted methods include credit card and bank transfer. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in section 6.

6. Refund Policy

Refund terms vary by category:

Services: You may request a full refund of the service fee within 7 days of booking provided no substantial work has begun. To request, contact Contact Us with your order details. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method. You may opt to reschedule a service once at no extra fee if the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled date. Services marked as final sale at booking are not eligible for a refund due to resource allocation and scheduling commitments.
Digital Products: You may obtain a full refund within 14 days of delivery if no more than 10% of the content has been accessed. To apply, contact Contact Us. Approved requests are processed within 14 days. No refunds are available after this period or if more than 10% of content is accessed.
Physical Goods: You may ship goods back within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. You are responsible for shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the goods, a refund of the item fee is issued within 10 days. Custom or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for shipment back.
